Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for daily use.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, framers) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site compliant with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic site preparation including digging, leveling, and debris removal.
- Transport materials from delivery trucks to work areas efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for 8+ hours per day.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow verbal instructions.
- Driver's license is a plus but not required.
