Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, hauling, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily project tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints or simple instructions to complete assigned duties.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not always required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
