Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks including loading, unloading, and preparing construction sites.
- Operate heavy machinery and tools safely under supervision.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from foremen and project managers.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and adhere to all safety regulations.
- Perform basic demolition and cleanup duties.
- Transport materials between job sites efficiently.
- Collaborate with other trade professionals to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Experience in general construction or labor is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
