Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Perform concrete work including pouring, finishing, and demolition
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety protocols
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in emergency site maintenance as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Availability for 40+ hours/week (weekends optional)
