Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, levels) and light equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by clearing debris and waste
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Complete daily time logs and report equipment malfunctions
- Adapt to changing schedules and project priorities
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites
