Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and concrete work.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general maintenance.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and site protocols.
- Help in the setup and breakdown of job sites.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit, able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions.
