Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and staging of construction materials and equipment on site.
- Perform general site cleanup, including removing debris and ensuring a tidy work area.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under the supervision of experienced crew members.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to ensure a secure working environment for the team.
- Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks as assigned, including digging, trenching, and assisting with framing.
- Maintain a professional attitude and communicate effectively with the foreman and crew.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Physically capable of performing heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
