Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment on job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily operational tasks.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, cleaning, and leveling ground.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team.
