Responsibilities
- Perform general construction duties including excavation, loading, and unloading materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various site tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods as required.
- Follow all project blueprints and safety protocols strictly.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and crew members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the USA.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform strenuous physical labor.
