Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and pallet jacks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and organizing tools.
- Perform basic digging, trenching, and site preparation as directed by supervisors.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Experience in construction or labor is a plus but not required (training provided).
