Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, drywall, and concrete work.
- Perform site preparation, including excavation, debris removal, and leveling.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills for measurements and quantity checks.
- No prior construction experience is required; a strong work ethic is a must.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor.
