Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools on the job site.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, mixing concrete, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery safely.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the work area.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and foremen.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Physically demanding work requiring lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
