Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties, including digging, hauling materials, and lifting heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks on the job site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all site safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site layouts to understand project requirements.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with OSHA safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
