Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily project tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials at the job site.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate basic construction equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and generators.
- Perform minor digging, cutting, sanding, and taping as directed.
- Follow all safety protocols and report hazards immediately.
- Support the project timeline by completing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
