Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, hauling, and cleaning job sites.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, etc.) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work on-site and follow strict safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not always required for general labor.
- Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
