Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks at construction sites, including digging, hauling, and lifting materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools, such as forklifts, skid steers, and jackhammers, under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by sweeping, cleaning up debris, and removing trash.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and store them in designated areas.
- Follow all project instructions and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols and the willingness to wear required PPE.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
