Job Overview:
As a Part-Time Electrician at Apex Electrical Solutions, you will be responsible for performing a variety of electrical tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our lead technicians to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in accordance with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical layouts and installations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all work is performed safely, including proper grounding and bonding techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, removing debris and tools after each task.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding project timelines and any necessary adjustments.
- Complete daily logs and paperwork accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License issued by the State of Nevada.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in commercial or residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
