Responsibilities
- Installation & Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, leaks, and clogs efficiently.
- Technical Planning: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing layouts and installations.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients to explain issues and provide solutions.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license required for New York or Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Skills: Proficiency in pipefitting, soldering, welding, and blueprint reading.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs) and work in tight or confined spaces.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to safety.
