Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials on construction sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as carpentry, electrical, and plumbing support.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid Driver's License.
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
