Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with daily tasks
- Prepare job sites by cleaning, moving materials, and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate basic tools under supervision (hammers, shovels, saws)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide training!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Must pass basic background check
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather conditions
