Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction duties, including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under direct supervision.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and construction sites efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from foremen and site supervisors.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations using tape measures and levels.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
