Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and general cleanup.
- Load and unload materials from trucks using forklifts or hand tools.
- Operate basic construction equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations strictly.
- Transport tools and supplies between job sites efficiently.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with layout tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions.
- Basic physical fitness and ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
