Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily site operations, material handling, and equipment setup.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and ensuring a clean, safe working area.
- Perform basic site clean-up and organization to maintain high safety standards.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other crew members.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for motivated candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (rain, heat, cold).
- Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
