Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety compliance
- Follow verbal instructions and safety protocols rigorously
- Support team members on various construction phases (framing, roofing, finishing)
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and operating machinery
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Must be physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, weather variations)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
