Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure electrical systems are safe, up to code, and functioning correctly.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions or outages efficiently.
- Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components using appropriate tools.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other construction workers, architects, and engineers on large-scale projects.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidates with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights (if required for the role).
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs), and work in confined spaces.
- Willingness to obtain necessary certifications and licenses as required by state law.
