Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks including loading, unloading, and carrying building materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Demolish structures using hand tools and power equipment as directed.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
- Follow all safety regulations and site-specific protocols at all times.
- Perform basic site cleanup and waste removal.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must be physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety guidelines strictly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to understand instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required for entry-level).
