Responsibilities
- Assist in general construction site preparation, including clearing debris and leveling grounds.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and lumber from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and generators.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols strictly.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions and terrains.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and fellow crew members.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring lengths and counting materials.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
