Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
- Conduct diagnostic troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical system issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan work.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand requirements and provide updates.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License required (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
