Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems according to local and national codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical installations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and circuits.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with strict safety regulations and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding project updates and requirements.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior experience required; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to obtain necessary state licenses and certifications.
