Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks at construction sites, including digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks as needed.
- Clean and prepare job sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist in the setup and teardown of temporary structures and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Pass a background check and drug screen (if required by client).
