Responsibilities

- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain organized and hazard-free work environments
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid government-issued ID required
