Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack materials, tools, and supplies at construction sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under the direction of supervisors.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe by removing debris and following OSHA guidelines.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues to the site manager.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety instructions strictly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
