Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials on job sites.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment (required to be trained).
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging ditches, and leveling ground.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and stand for long periods outdoors.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
