Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, drywalling, and flooring.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and team members.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long shifts (typically 8-10 hours).
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) regularly.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be available for full-time work, including weekends if necessary.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
