Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and cleanup.
- Ensure the job site remains organized and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and project instructions.
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Experience with power tools is a plus but not required for entry-level.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
