Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various job duties.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and safety plans.
- Follow all site safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor for extended periods.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
