Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and organizing materials.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment to work areas.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision to support ongoing construction tasks.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and safe job site by sweeping, removing waste, and ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- General Assistance: Perform various manual labor tasks as directed by supervisors, including digging, lifting, and carrying items.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Reliability: Must be punctual and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Experience: Prior construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the USA and provide valid identification.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
