Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with material handling and site prep
- Operate hand tools (saws, drills, levels) and light equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Perform physical tasks (digging, lifting, carrying up to 50 lbs)
- Complete daily safety inspections and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Physical stamina for 6-8 hour shifts
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
