Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, roofing, and concrete work.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team environment.
