Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Prepare work sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and organizing materials.
- Handle and organize electrical materials and tools safely and efficiently.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
- Perform basic electrical testing using multimeters, voltage detectors, and ammeters.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Keep accurate daily logs of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- No prior experience is required; we will teach you the skills you need to succeed.
