Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and supplies efficiently.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and removing obstacles.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with measurements under supervision.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and project schedules.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when project demands require.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
