Responsibilities
- Assist in various phases of construction including framing, drywall installation, and finishing.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of foremen.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Perform basic site cleanup and waste removal.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not always required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long durations.
