Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards on all job sites
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems
- Read blueprints and technical schematics
- Prepare job sites and maintain organized work areas
- Perform system testing and quality checks
- Participate in ongoing skills development training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various conditions
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
