Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing, digging, and leveling areas.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from the job site.
- Equipment Assistance: Operate basic construction equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) under supervision.
- Trade Support: Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
- Reliability: Strong history of punctual attendance and dependability.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Work Ethic: Motivated to learn and grow within the construction field.
