Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging foundations, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as sweeping, hauling, and general cleanup.
- Follow all safety protocols and project instructions diligently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
