Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support experienced team members with wiring, circuit installation, and fixture repairs.
- Read Blueprints: Interpret basic electrical diagrams and schematics under supervision.
- Perform Safety Checks: Ensure all work areas comply with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients to explain services and answer basic questions.
- Inventory Management: Help maintain and organize electrical tools and materials.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work sites clean, organized, and safe for other workers.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy equipment, and work in various weather conditions.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure safety and quality of work.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Work Ethic: Strong desire to learn and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Basic Tools: Familiarity with hand tools is a plus but not mandatory.
