Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up materials
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, excavators) with precision
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and execute instructions from site supervisors
- Load/unhaul materials and equipment safely using proper techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or related labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training available)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily attendance
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
