Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams for circuit layouts
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Use hand/power tools and testing equipment safely
- Document work orders and maintain equipment logs
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
Qualifications
- No experience required – entry-level positions available
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for circuit calculations
- Willingness to obtain electrical certification within 12 months
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Baltimore metro
