Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators on active construction sites
- Safely load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA standards
- Perform site preparation, trenching, and demolition tasks
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation
- Participate in weekly Ohio projects (weekly pay option)
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- Strong punctuality and attendance record
- Experience with concrete, rebar, or demolition preferred
