Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and organization to ensure a safe working environment.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently and safely.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under the supervision of skilled crew leaders.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Perform general physical labor, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- No prior construction experience required.
